Meet The Heartfelt Project Ladies!

We are pleased to announce that Township® is partnering with a social enterprise in the North West Province called the Heartfelt Project! The Heartfelt Project was founded 13 years ago by two women named Martha and Julie. They are based in Makapanstad - a little rural community in the heart of South Africa. 

Heartfelt's mission and ours are well-aligned. Their objective is to promote women economic empowerment by providing employment opportunities in vulnerable communities, just like ours! Heartfelt's aim to help fight TB, HIV & AIDS, and other social problems in the community has provided many women with hope. 

Their focus on true sustainability is profound, all of their products are made from recycled felt and manufactured to the highest standard by these heroic women. Every time, a product from Heartfelt is purchased, the people from Makapanstad are benefitted.

Our partnership with the Heartfelt Project will give rise to a range of new opportunities! At Township®, we too focus on employment creation, sustainable development and the improvement of vulnerable community lifestyles. We cannot wait to see how The Heartfelt Project and Township® work together!
